  • Two hour planning meeting one month before event which will include:
  • Orchestration and placement of event details 
  • Preparation of rehearsal and day of event itinerary as a timeline provided to all parties and vendors

Deluxe Day-Of Package   
Rehearsal Day

  • Orchestrate  walk through and determine how you wish the events to flow
  • Preparation of a itinerary
  • Attendance and direction (coordinated with or without officials) at the venue      (up to two hours)

   Day Of 

  • Check with vendors to confirm arrangements for event day
  • Attend oversee and direct the events (up to 10 hours)
  • Receive deliveries and greet vendors
  • Make sure event areas are set up as planned
  • Assist last minute details
  • Troubleshoot any challenges
  • make sure all key members are available and in place for the photographer
  • Arrange grand entrance
  • Handle any problems that come up with caterer
  • Cue and Orchestrate the Order of Events
  • Help gather and pack up left over materials 
  • Ensure that transportation is running on time

Reception  or  Event Only-  Order of Events Package

  • Make sure reception areas are set up as planned
  • Assist with placement of reception items
  • Troubleshoot any challenges
  • Arrange grand entrance

  • Cue and Orchestrate the Order of Events
